Blue Guardian sells simulated funded accounts in two markets. Futures run on CME contracts through NinjaTrader and Tradovate; the CFD side covers forex, indices, gold and crypto CFDs through MT5, Match-Trader and TradeLocker (US clients are limited to Match-Trader and TradeLocker). Payouts go through Rise or crypto, with KYC via Sumsub before your first withdrawal. One honesty note we always flag: the company's own pages name three different legal entities (Dubai and Saint Lucia registrations), and the Terms state three different minimum ages in different clauses. That inconsistency does not change how the accounts trade, but you should know it exists.
| Line | What defines it | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | No consistency rule in the challenge, 90/10 split | 40% consistency once funded; daily soft-breach on 50K+ |
| Reserve | No daily loss limit on any size, cheapest entry | 50% consistency in the challenge; flat payout caps ($1,000-$3,000) |
| Express | Daily payouts | Funded account must build a buffer balance before withdrawals (e.g. $103,600 on the 100K) |
| Direct | Instant funded, no evaluation | Consistency scales 20% → 25% → 30% across your first payouts |
All four futures lines allow news trading in the evaluation and funded — rare in this market. Drawdown is EOD trailing. Profit targets run $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 across the 25K-150K sizes.
Five evaluation models plus an Instant. Defaults: 85% split (90% as a paid add-on), payouts every 14 days (7 as an add-on), EAs allowed, weekend holding allowed. The rules that bite: a 2-minute minimum per trade (tick-scalping rule), news trading banned once funded on 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant (3-Step is the only exception), and Guardian Shield — on funded accounts it auto-closes everything at 2% floating loss, and on Instant the first 1% floating-loss hit permanently drops your split to 50%. The firm's own pages also disagree on the Instant split (90% on the pricing page, 80% plus paid add-on in the help center) — we report both rather than guessing.
Every approved payout carries a 2% processing fee. It is not hidden in the terms, but it rarely makes the marketing. Withdrawal minimums on CFD: $100 crypto / $500 Rise. There are no refunds once evaluation credentials are emailed.
Our exclusive code MARKET was verified at the real checkout: exactly 25% off ($623.00 → $467.25 in our test). The firm's public banner (BG25) gives the same 25% — using ours costs you nothing extra and supports the site. There is no activation fee and no monthly fee on either market.
Futures traders who want news-event freedom and a one-time fee will find the Standard and Reserve lines genuinely competitive. CFD traders should read the funded-stage rules twice — the products are cheaper than they look, but the Shield and the news ban change how you can trade them.
Yes — we verified it at the live checkout: it applies exactly 25% off the cart. The public BG25 code gives the same percentage, so using ours costs you nothing and credits this site.
No. Both the futures and CFD sides charge a one-time evaluation fee with no activation and no monthly billing.
On the futures lines, yes — in the evaluation and funded. On the CFD side news is allowed in evaluations but banned once funded on every model except the 3-Step.
An automatic risk system on funded CFD accounts: it closes all trades at 2% floating loss. On the Instant model, the first 1% floating-loss strike permanently reduces your split to 50%, and a second strike ends the account.
